Exhibiting Artist Membership
Artist membership are local artists who show their work at Ghost Town Arts Collective events. Artist level membership includes a 30% discount on all classes and workshops, automatic acceptance for exhibitions held at Gallery off the Square, and no fee for curated local and traveling exhibitions. Artist members pay a membership fee of $15 per month. Additionally; the Ghost Town will take a 20% commission on any works sold during Ghost Town’s exhibitions or events. $15 Monthly/$180 Annually
This level of participation is designed for students, emerging artists, established artists, or anyone interested in the visual, literary, and performing arts. Apprentice members volunteer their time to the GTAC for gallery open hours, installation and removal of exhibitions, fundraising, and other needs that support the daily operations. Apprentice members receive the same benefits as artist members. There is no fee commitment for this level of membership. A minimum of ten volunteer hours per month is required.
Contributing artists are the driving force behind the GTAC. Members at this level agree to offer a creative workshop or class on their topic of expertise, open to the public. Workshop topics can cover a broad range of subject and media, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, pottery, music, poetry, dance, performance art, etc. The GTAC assists the contributing artist in the development of the program and the marketing of the program to the public.
